About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Work 35 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights
- Float within the hospital to other units as needed
- Adhere to patient ratios: active labor 1:1, Couplet Care 3:1
- Use equipment including intermediate fetal monitoring and Philips Tracevue
- Utilize EHR system Meditech
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required
- 1-2 years of experience in OB/GYN
- Active license to practice in Iowa
- Ability to work weekends every other week
- No call requirements
Qualifications
- Current licensure in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Current STABLE certification
