- Number of beds: 12
- Patient ratios: 1:2
- Unit staffing: RNs, unit secretary, OR techs
- Documentation system: CPN, Meditach
- Scheduling requirements: 3 weekend shifts, 1 call shift for RNs, 2 call shifts for techs, 3 12-hour shifts
- Floating policy: travelers float first
- Patient Experience requirements: shared decision making
Certifications
- NRP
- ACLS
- BLS
- AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM
Hospital specifics
- Certifications: For RNs—NRP, ACLS, BLS, must have AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM—OR techs must have FA certification.
