About the role

This outstanding Labor and Delivery team, based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, is looking for the right RN to join their team of compassionate and driven healthcare professionals. The facility is a 115-bed Level 3 Trauma center located in Southwestern New Mexico.

• EMR: MedHost (inpatient), GE Centricity (OB), Athena (Clinic)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 - 1:4
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a Labor and Delivery setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a challenging and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact Accepted)
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (copies required)
• No gaps in work history exceeding 0 days
• At least 1 reference from entire work history
• 50-mile radius rule compliance
• SSN and Date of Birth required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current New Mexico or Compact RN license

Pay

Pay rate: $2,195.00 - $2,331.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
