Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• An active Iowa RN license or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• At least 1-2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Skills in fetal monitoring, obstetric procedures, and managing high-risk pregnancies
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
