Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license
- Recent labor and delivery experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong clinical assessment, effective communication, and ability to remain calm in high-acuity situations
