About the role
The healthcare provider seeks a licensed nurse specialized in Mother/Baby Care for a facility located near a university campus. This role involves providing care in a Mother-Baby (Maternity) unit, particularly focusing on mother and newborn patient populations. The position is scheduled for nights, with a 36-hour weekly commitment, involving 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- 50% of shifts scheduled on weekends and holidays as needed
- Orientation shifts conducted on days
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a Mother-Baby (Maternity) unit
- Float rotation may be required
- Compliance with hospital SOPs and specific process protocols
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Mother/Baby Care or related field
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
