Mother/Baby Couplet Care RN - Night Shift. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a mother/baby unit, supporting neonatal and maternal health needs during night hours. The position requires experience in neonatal and obstetric patient care, with a focus on postpartum and newborn assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a mother/baby unit
• Support neonatal and maternal health needs during night hours
• Perform postpartum and newborn assessments
• Float within scope as needed
• Work within a multidisciplinary team supporting both neonatal and maternal patients

Requirements

• RN license in Maryland or a Compact State
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• 2 years of experience in neonatal and maternal care
• Skills in neonatal resuscitation, postpartum monitoring, and infant care
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Schedule

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
