About the role
Medasource is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a position in Toledo, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Will be required to float to Postpartum as needed
- No local candidates (must live outside a 50-mile radius)
- Minimum 2 years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience required
- Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide available)
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Preferred Certification: NCC-EFM
Requirements
- Unit Specific Details: 10 LDR rooms, 2 Triage rooms, 3 Recovery (RR) beds, 2 ORs, 20 Mother/Baby rooms
- Equipment: Philips Avalon fetal monitoring system, OBIX
- Support: 24/7 OB residents, anesthesia coverage, NICU attendance for high-risk deliveries, Unit Clerk available
Qualifications
- Must be willing to float to Postpartum as needed
- No local candidates are accepted
- At least 2 years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience required
- Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide available)
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Preferred Certification: NCC-EFM
