Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,072 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for a Labor and Delivery assignment in Asheville, North Carolina.

About the Role

This is a 12-week travel contract at a hospital, with the possibility of local candidates. The role involves providing direct patient care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor fetal heart activity and maternal vital signs using electronic fetal monitoring equipment.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Support and educate patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: ASAP (contract runs 06/45/2023 - 07/15/2023).
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
