Job Summary

The role involves providing comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes in a dedicated healthcare environment. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and collaborative patient management.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience working in Mother/Baby or Labor and Delivery specialty
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems
• Familiarity with EPIC

Additional Information

• Ratio management of 1:8
• Responsibilities include patient assessments, delivering delivery care, postpartum management, and neonatal assessments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential
