Labor and Delivery Specialist in the Labor and Delivery Department, providing safe, efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and their families. The role involves delivering effective relationship-based nursing care, demonstrating technical skills to ensure safe practice, and collaborating to optimize patient outcomes in a Level 4 Labor and Delivery Recovery (LDR) unit.
Responsibilities

- Complies with policies and standards
- Maintains PHI security
- Participates in annual training
Requirements
- No minimum experience required; must have at least two years of Level 3 or 4 Labor and Delivery experience
- Professional licensure (Driver’s License/State ID)

- Float rotation may be required
Schedule
- Night shift
- 12 hours per shift
- Minimum 36 hours per week
