Unit Information

Unit: Mom/Baby 660, Women’s Center, 4th floor, 3301 Matlock Rd, Arlington, TX.

• Number of beds: 32 (operational)
• Total staff: 59 (FT/PT/PRN)
• Staff composition: Day shift – Charge RN, PCT, HUC; Night shift – Charge RN, PCT, HU
• Patient ratio: 1:3 couplets (varies by mix)
• Electronic medical record: Meditech & CPN
• On‑call requirement: None
• Floating requirement: Antepartum overflow and L&D recoveries

Required Skills & Experience

• Couplet care competencies
• Breastfeeding support

Preferred Qualifications

• Mother‑Baby charge experience
• Late‑preterm or transitional newborn experience
