Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $1,715 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The position requires the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Monitor labor progress
• Assist with deliveries
• Provide postpartum care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
• Adhere to hospital policies, SOPs, and clinical guidelines to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Schedule

• Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks (assignment begins 09/14/2026 and ends 12/12/2026)
• Float rotation may be required

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Current clinical experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Location specific licensing if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM)
• Advanced certifications related to obstetric care
