Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $3,052 per week

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Richmond, Virginia. We support healthcare professionals with opportunities designed to meet today’s workforce needs. This is a Hospital contract position open to both local and traveler candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist physicians during complex IR procedures, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations swiftly.
• Prepare and maintain procedural equipment, including GE and Philips devices.
• Document procedures accurately using the Expanse system.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 techs, 4 RNs, and 1 scheduler to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow scheduled 4x10 shifts with rotating call duties.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including Level 2 trauma protocols.

Qualifications

• Maintain certifications such as BLS and ARRT (R).

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
• Rotating call duties required
