Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $2,530 per week

About the role

Interventional Radiology (IR) registered nurse in Morristown, New Jersey. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for critically ill medical and surgical patients undergoing invasive procedures in specialties such as Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical interventions.

The RN will assist with invasive procedures, collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain required competencies, and provide professional critical care nursing within an integrated health care system.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing invasive procedures in Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical interventions.
• Assist with invasive procedures utilizing aseptic techniques per AORN guidelines.
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care.
• Develop and maintain all required competencies related to the care and management of the Interventional Radiology patient population.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology or catheterization laboratory.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 09/14/2026.
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
• On-call responsibilities required.
• Weekend rotations required.
• Float rotation may be required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
