The unit features advanced equipment, including temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, and BiPAP machines, with 64 beds, 15 of which are designated for neuro care. Floating may be required to meet patient needs. Navy blue scrubs are the standard attire for this professional environment. This role requires a registered nurse with at least two years of experience in Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Units. Current certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR systems.
