Responsibilities

• Provide infusion services to oncology and hematology adult patients.
• Administer chemotherapy, iron, transfusions, and IV fluids.
• Chart patient care and treatment using EPIC system.
• Follow safety and procedural guidelines specific to chemotherapy and oncology treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Chemo Cert and Oncology cert preferred.
• 21 years of required experience.
• Infusion center experience required.
