Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,807 per week

Unit: ICU
Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!

Requirements

• Floating Required: Yes
• Scrub Color: Navy
• Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
• Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
• Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med - Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
  CTICU - CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA
  Surg/Trauma - Trauma, Major post-op
• Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)

• WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
• Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.
• 4-5 years of ICU experience preferred, 2 years minimum
• REQUIRED TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Skills

• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS NURSYS Report
• Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses.
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp Required: EPIC
