Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,625 per week

About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Newark, Delaware. The role involves providing critical care to patients with respiratory illnesses, GI bleeds, drug overdoses, and end-stage kidney disease, among other conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients in the ICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2
• Perform special procedures such as SLEDD (continuous dialysis)
• Float to other ICUs and stepdown units as needed
• Utilize Epic charting system for patient documentation

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact Accepted)
• 2 years of ICU experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays
• SSN and DOB required
• RN license in hand

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Pay Rate: $2559.00 - $2690.00
