Unit Overview

We are a 32‑bed Medical ICU that is also licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients. The unit is split between two floors and typically enjoys strong staffing levels.

• Unit Size/Beds: 32
• Expected Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratios: 1:2, or 1:1 when acuity requires
• Typical Cases: Sepsis, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post‑cardiac arrest care, respiratory failure

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Level 1 ICU (or 2 years preferred)
• Preferred experience in a MICU setting
