About the Role
ICU - RN position within the MS/ICU/IMC Department at Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua, located at 9576 WI-70, Minocqua, WI 54548. Target start date: 09/08/2026.
Shift Details: Nights (1900–0730), 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 20-bed multi-service unit (MS/ICU/IMC/Peds) with varying patient ratios:
- Med-Surg: 1:5 days / 1:6 nights
- IMC: 1:4
- ICU: 1:2
- Peds: 1:3–4
- Titrate drips (Heparin, insulin, amiodarone, Cardizem, PCA fentanyl, Propofol, Norepi).
- Read and interpret rhythm strips from telemetry monitored by tele techs in Weston using GE ApexPro CH boxes.
- Float in-house to ED, UC, and PACU as needed.
- Float interfacility to Park Falls and Weston as required.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
- ICU experience; pediatric experience is preferred.
- Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield (previous employees must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission).
