Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,315 per week

About the role

An ICU RN at Trustaff provides hands-on care for critically ill patients. The role requires assessing, planning, and implementing care strategies for patients with complex health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care services to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience.
• Experience in ICU setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and/or pediatric advanced life support (PALS) preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours long, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
