About the role
Take on an exciting 13-week travel assignment at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in scenic Rhinelander, WI! We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for variable 12-hour shifts. In this supportive critical access hospital environment, you will manage adult and occasional pediatric cases while working closely with a dedicated rural healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
- Manage adult and occasional pediatric ICU cases
- Commit to every other weekend and alternating holidays
- Float to sister Aspirus facilities within a 40-mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, Eagle River) as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated ICU experience
- Rural or critical access hospital experience highly preferred
- EPIC EMR experience
- Active AHA/Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required at submittal)
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact license in hand
- Compliance with strict mandatory masking policy during flu season for unvaccinated travelers (COVID/flu)
