Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 16-bed Medical ICU unit
- Provide care to patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, myocardial infarction, diabetic ketoacidosis, ST-elevation myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, right ventricular dysfunction, COVID-19, pulmonary embolism
- Manage ventilators, drips, BiPAP, titratable drips
- Assess and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- 2+ years ICU experience preferred; travel experience preferred
- Must have: ICU, vents, drips, BiPAP, titratable drips, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
Qualifications
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
Skills
- ICU experience
