Position Type: Contract (Travel)

Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)

Schedule: 48 hours per week (Non-negotiable for this unit)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (excluding travel) is highly preferred. Note: 1.5 years is acceptable if they have significant RN experience outside the ICU, but requires management approval.
• Travel Experience: No first-time travelers (minimum one prior travel assignment required).
• Licenses: Active South Dakota (SD) or Compact State RN License.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIS, CNS, CRRT (Strictly required prior to arrival—decline if unwilling to obtain).
• Clinical Skills: Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, and ventilator management.
• Strongly Preferred: Impella, IABP, and CRRT experience.
