About the role
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Evansville, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment in an ICU setting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in ICU or critical care preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- At least one year of recent ICU or critical care experience.
