About the role
NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in an ICU setting
- Document patient care using EPIC
- Participate in crisis prevention intervention training
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the state of practice
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- CPI certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- Experience in ICU setting preferred
Qualifications
- Must live 65+ miles from the facility
- Must not have worked at any Ochsner facility in the last year
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
