About the role
- 7p-7a shift
- Unit currently has 18 beds (under construction and operating with 14)
- 31 staff members: Day Shift – 2 CNC, 2 Relief CNC, rest RNs, 1 PCT; Night Shift – 2 CNC, rest RNs
- Patient Ratios – typically 1:2, 1:3 with downgrades, and occasional 1:1
- Equipment: Philips monitor, Kangaroo Pump, Hill-rom bed
- EMR: Cerner
- Typical procedures: Bronch, EGD, TEE, Central/A-line placement, chest tubes
- Best personality fit: Positive personality, team player
- Will float to step-down unit when census is low
Requirements
- Must have experience with vents, pressors, multiple drips, and end-of-life care
- CRRT PrismaFlex experience
- Experience with sepsis
Preferred Qualifications
- CVI experience
