About the role
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse provides direct clinical care to assigned patients during night shifts, with an emphasis on patient assessment, planning, and supervision of staff. The nurse supports the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, along with maintaining staff competency and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for patient care assessment and care planning
- Ensure clinical staff competency and supervise staff
- Adhere to hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and care quality during night shifts
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
- Minimum of 0 years of clinical experience
- Located within the designated geographic area
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred but not required

- Experience in ICU or critical care settings
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
