About the role

Provide critical care to diverse patient populations in the facility’s 2nd Floor ICU, a Level III trauma center equipped with advanced technology and a collaborative team environment. You will assess, plan, and implement care for patients with complex needs, including ventilator and trach management, invasive lines, and post-surgical recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity nursing care in a Level III trauma ICU
• Manage ventilator-dependent and trach patients
• Monitor and maintain invasive lines
• Support post-surgical recovery
• Operate continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and balloon pumps (preferred)
• Document in EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience
