Fusion is an EOE/E-Verify Employer Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing Job ID #2001942. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. (Pay info: based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, tax-free stipend TBD). This is pay info but includes TBD; we should not create Pay section if content is just "tax-free stipend amount to be determined" (that's placeholder). However we have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" in Benefits Include. Also "Competitive compensation packages" elsewhere. The posting says "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" under Benefits Include. Also "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's somewhat vague; we might not include Pay section because it's not specific amount. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits we have specific list: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals", "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage", "Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours", "Life and Short-term disability offered", "401(k) matching", "Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program", "24/7 recruiter support", "Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs". Also later Benefits list: "Benefits start day 1", "Medical benefits", "Dental benefits", "Vision benefits", "Referral bonus", "Mileage reimbursement", "License and certification reimbursement", "Weekly pay", "Cancelation protection", "Guaranteed Hours", "Employee assistance programs", "Continuing Education". So we have benefits specifics.
Schedule: we have shift: 12 hours, 36 hours per week. That's schedule info. Should we include Schedule section? Yes, we have specific schedule: 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week. So we can include Schedule section.
Pay: we have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" but that's vague; also "Weekly pay" in benefits. However the instruction: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" but that's not a specific amount. Might be considered vague but still states pay. However they also say "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's not specific. I'd lean to not include Pay section because it's not concrete. But we could include Pay with that statement? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay info, albeit vague. But also they say "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which is a statement about pay. I'd include Pay section with that statement? However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Pay into Benefits? But Benefits already includes "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals". Actually that line is under Benefits Include. So we could treat pay as part of Benefits. So we may not need separate Pay section.
Thus sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (Essential Work Functions), Requirements (Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (Required Essential Skills), Benefits (Benefits Include + other benefits list), Schedule (Shift and hours). Also maybe we could include About the role as a paragraph summarizing the role (the Summary paragraph). That's appropriate.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove "Start your rewarding career as a Travel ICU RN with Fusion Medical Staffing and join our mission to improve lives. Apply now!" and "Fusion is an EOE/E-Verify Employer Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing Job ID #2001942." Also remove "Other Duties Disclaimer:"? That's not boilerplate; it's part of job description but could be considered generic. However it's substantive? It's a standard disclaimer; maybe we can keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer is legal-ish but not exactly EEO. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's about essential duties. Could keep? Safer to keep? It's not EEO. It's a generic disclaimer about essential duties. I'd keep it as a paragraph under maybe Responsibilities? But it's not a duty. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not explicitly listed to remove. I'd keep it as a paragraph under Responsibilities or maybe separate section "Other Duties". However we have no heading for that. Could include as a paragraph under Responsibilities.
We also need to remove duplicated lines: there are duplicate benefits lists (two sections). We'll combine.
Now craft HTML.
