Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $1,958 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lafayette, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Assess and document patient conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in ICU settings preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in critical care procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

12 hours shift, rotating.
