About the role
Our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is an 8-bed high-acuity unit that provides complex monitoring and treatment of adult cardiac patients. CICU receives patients from the Cath Lab, ED, and Acute Care areas who require specialized cardiac care. This is a 580-bed Level 3 Trauma center and teaching hospital located in a vibrant small city known for its Riverwalk and as the home of Crimson Tide football.
Schedule
- 36 hours per week (36 or 48 hours/week, RN’s choice)
- 12-hour shifts, nights
Pay
Pay Rate: $1,854.00 - $1,949.00
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU experience: 2 years minimum
- Compact nursing license accepted
- Certifications (copies required):
- ACLS-AHA
- BLS-AHA
- NIH Stroke Scale
- SSN and date of birth required
- 1 professional reference from the last 12 months

- Experience with Cerner electronic health records
