Responsibilities
Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients in a hospital setting. Manage patient monitoring, including ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impellas, and balloon pumps. Perform procedures such as intubations, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, pacers, and bolts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality patient care. Maintain adherence to hospital policies, dress code, and safety standards, including BLS and ACLS certifications.
