Travel Nurse RN - Geriatrics / Skilled Nursing Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, collect and analyze patient data, and identify needs.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document interventions.
• Supervise and delegate patient care tasks, ensuring staff competency and adherence to policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication, discharge planning, and patient education.
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards, including confidentiality and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an approved nursing school and valid state RN license.
• Preferably experience in geriatrics or rehabilitative nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong assessment, medication knowledge, delegation, problem-solving, and computer skills.
