Responsibilities
- Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency care.
- Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions effectively.
- Prioritize injuries and illnesses based on medical need through triage.
- Make quick, accurate assessments of physical and mental health conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Recent experience (minimum 18 months) in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
- Required certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Knowledge of general and specific health issues, with the ability to handle urgent situations.
