Role Overview
An experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse is needed for a travel nursing position in Wichita, KS, working overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitor responses to interventions, and administer medications with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain room cleanliness, manage supplies, transport patients, and perform assigned duties.
- Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience preferred, graduated from an accredited school, with relevant certifications.
- Physical ability to lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, cognitive, and sensory skills to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient monitoring abilities.
