Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,804 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a 13‑week assignment in Rochester, New York. The position starts 10/26/2026, requires 40 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, and is a travel employment type with a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment and data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic and cognitive needs of the patient/family.
• Utilize assessment data in formulating nursing diagnoses.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
• Maintain personal contact with patients and relatives, being sensitive to their needs for courtesy, dignity and privacy and ensuring a friendly environment at all times.
• Store, check and administer medication in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records and ensure confidentiality is respected.
• Work with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, admission and recovery of patients and other related procedures.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care endoscopy setting.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
