About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 for circulator; up to 2 patients for PACU, Preop (may be up to 1:3 if waiting)
- Unit Staffing: 1 Circulator and 1 tech in the room, scope washer designated for the shift
- Equipment: Olympus scopes, OER elite washer, ION robot
- Documentation System: Meditech Expanse and Provation
- Scheduling: Ranges from 6a-3p Monday-Friday based on assignment
- Floating Policy: Float to the ASC and other surrounding facilities as needed
- Patient Experience: Requested Skill Set: RNs to circulate and tech; Must have: Ability to do advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS; Credentials and experience more than 1 year according to scope of practice; Advanced skills needed: Able to do ERCP, EUS, Robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures performed on unit: Colonoscopy, EGD, Pill Cam, Bravos, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, ION, bronchoscopy, etc.
Qualifications
Required: RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, PALS certification, and ability to perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS.
Skills
Able to do advanced procedures such as ERCP, EUS, Robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS.
