Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $1,869 per week

About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Endoscopy for an immediate opening in Manchester, New Hampshire. The assignment is for 10 weeks, 40 hours per week, working 8‑hour day shifts. Candidates should have 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Unit, supporting physicians and the medical team before, during, and after procedures.
• Offer technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe work practices.
• Participate in the care and maintenance of endoscopes and specialized equipment, maintaining agreed decontamination standards and accurate traceability records.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment in accordance with established standards and regulations.
• Perform physical duties including standing and walking for long periods, bending, leaning, stooping, and lifting up to 20 pounds routinely, with occasional patient lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Be aware of potential hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.

Requirements

• Active ACLS certification.
• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience (preferably in endoscopy or related acute care setting).
• Additional certifications may be required before starting the assignment.
