Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room / Trauma

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist physicians during emergency procedures.
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs, responding to urgent needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education tailored to emergency care needs.
• Follow safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and assist patients and equipment.
• Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism.
