Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage, and provide care in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Perform medical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and minor operations
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and allergies
• Monitor patient well-being
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent stress management and communication skills across diverse patient populations

Key Duties

• Provide bedside care
• Assist with medical procedures
• Monitor patients
• Report suspected abuse
• Adapt to a high-pressure environment
• Handle physically demanding tasks

Additional Requirements

• Relevant certifications may be required prior to assignment
