Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) providing urgent care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with various illnesses or trauma
- Recognize life-threatening conditions
- Prioritize care through effective triage
- Make quick, accurate physical and mental health assessments
- Deliver decisive treatment
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least 18 months of recent ER experience
- Additional certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required
Skills
- Ability to handle diverse medical emergencies
- Excellent assessment and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of emergency protocols
