Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments
- Assisting with electrophysiology procedures such as ablations, device implants, and medication treatments
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and patient responses during procedures
- Administering medications, including conscious sedation
- Providing pre- and post-procedure patient education and care
- Maintaining sterile techniques and supporting procedural workflows
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitoring for complications and ensuring patient safety
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent EP lab RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS certifications
- PREFERRED: PALS or ENPC, RCES/RCISS
