About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for maintaining clinical expertise, developing trustful relationships with families, and facilitating home visits. They provide structured parenting education, individualized coaching, and support to pregnant and parenting women. The role involves coordinating educational experiences, offering consultation to nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to standards such as Head Start Performance Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical expertise and develop trustful relationships with families.
