Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ED or ICU experience after completion of orientation
• Strong critical-care assessment and intervention skills
• Comfortable managing complex and rapidly changing patient conditions
• Able to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
• Must be adaptable, clinically independent, and calm under pressure
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, CCI
• Strong emergency or critical-care background
• Flexible and comfortable with a broad range of acuity levels
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
