Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,937 per week

About the role

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Manchester, New Hampshire. The assignment starts 10/19/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with a schedule of 48 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts, 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). The role is in a combined adult/peds ED with approximately 160 visits per day and 50 beds. Scrubs of any color are permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across the lifespan in a combined adult/peds ED.
• Manage common cases including trauma, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, psych, GI/GU/OB and pediatric emergencies.
• Perform procedures such as conscious sedation, trauma/stroke alerts, cath lab activation, SANE.
• Participate in a 36‑hour orientation.
• Float to ICU or ED as needed for team‑nursing support.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:4.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of emergency department experience.
• Traveler experience required; first‑time travelers not accepted.
• Strong pediatric experience preferred.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC.
• Charting experience with Epic required.
• Level II trauma experience required.
• Ability to work 48 hrs/week on 12‑hour night shifts.
• Willing to work every other weekend and 2 of 3 winter holidays.
• Former employees of any Solution Health facility are not eligible.

Schedule

• Shift: 12‑hour nights, 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
• Hours: 48 hrs/week.
• Call: None.
• Weekends: Every other weekend.
• Winter Holidays: Must work 2 of 3.
• Locals: Accepted within 50 miles at a $15 rate reduction.
