Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,604 per week
About the Role
Seeking a highly experienced Emergency Department RN for a dedicated triage role in a 44-bed Level I Trauma Center. This position requires current high-volume ED triage experience, strong rapid-assessment skills, and the ability to independently prioritize complex and unstable patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform triage assessments in a high-volume Emergency Department
- Prioritize care for complex and unstable patients
- Utilize Epic for electronic assessment, documentation, and medication administration
- Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts during the contract
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of RN experience
- Current or very recent Emergency Department triage experience
- Formal triage training required
- Level I trauma experience required
- Epic experience required
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- TNCC
- PALS or ENPC
Candidates who do not have at least 6 years of experience and recent triage experience will not be considered.

Schedule
- 13 or 26-week contract
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
- Every other weekend required
- 2 holiday shifts during the contract
Excessive requested time off will not be considered, particularly around holidays. All requested time off should be disclosed at submission.
