In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency room, providing critical care to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, handling cases ranging from routine to acute trauma care. The emergency department includes 82 treatment spaces with additional hallway overflow areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level patient care in a busy emergency department setting.
- Handle a wide range of cases, from routine complaints to acute trauma care.
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Perform procedures such as moderate sedation, trauma care, splints, and traction.
Requirements
- 2 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department.
- Active RN license (Compact accepted).
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA, BLS-AHA, PALS-AHA, CERT-TNCC.
- Experience with Cerner charting system.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic experience.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
Pay
Pay Rate: $2,471.00 - $2,597.00 per week.
