Responsibilities
- Provide critical care in a high-volume emergency department.
- Handle cases ranging from routine to acute trauma care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Perform moderate sedation, trauma care, splints, and traction procedures.
- Maintain accurate charting using Cerner.
- Work variable shifts with a focus on delivering the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of ER experience.
- Compact nursing license accepted.
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA, BLS-AHA, PALS-AHA, CERT-TNCC.
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
- SSN and DOB required for compliance.
Qualifications
- 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
- Experience with Epic (preferred).
- Previous travel nursing experience (preferred).
Work Environment
- 82 treatment spaces with additional hallway overflow areas.
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 or 1:5.
- Scrub color: Navy Blue.
- No floating required.
Pay
Pay Rate: $2,464.00 - $2,591.00 per week.
